What happens next?

Orders paid for online.

You will receive a confirmation of your order from MG Window Systems.
If we notice an abnormality with an item we will contact you straight away for confirmation.
Once we have processed your order we will contact you with a delivery date.
All products are made to order and generally delivery will be made within 15 days. You will be notified if this is not the case.

Enquires e-mailed/ faxed to us.

MG Window Systems will process your enquiry and contact you with a price.
If you are happy we will then process your order as above.

Surveying service

MG Window Systems offer a surveying service; please contact us if you wish to take advantage of this.
There is a cost for this service and it relates to the total value of your order.

Fitting service

MG Windows Systems offer a full fitting service; please contact us if you wish to take advantage of this.
If you use our fitting service we will survey your windows/ doors for free, the survey cost will be deducted from the fitting cost.

Delivery

You are welcome to collect your order from our depot.

All orders over £450.00 are delivered free within a 40mile radius.

For orders under £450.00 delivery costs are £35.00, a price will be given for deliveries over 40miles.

There are a limited number of Saturday deliveries; there is an additional cost of £15.00 for these on any size order.

We cannot provide an exact delivery time but an am/pm preference will be given and our delivery driver will contact you approx ½ hour before delivery.

Someone must be on-hand to assist with offloading, please note that items are heavy.

All items must be signed for; we do not leave items without a signature.

If we are unable to make a pre-arranged delivery, if no-one is able to assist with unloading or sign for the goods, they will be returned to our depot and an additional delivery charge will be made on all orders.

What should I do to ensure smooth service?

Check all your measurements twice, don’t worry if you do it 3 times.

Read our measuring guide.

Ensure all measurements are in mm and all designs are as viewed from OUTSIDE.

If you want a cost direct from us please use fax us you designs and measurements, using the survey form, to 01604 709950.

Alternatively use our quote me form and fill in online, this will then be submitted to us to cost.

Use our surveying service if needed.

Check our confirmation of your order. Check product colour, handle colour, cill size, obscure glass where needed etc. To be on the safe side, check again.


What if I have a problem? (Refund Policy)

In the first instance please do not worry and call us on 01604 877977, we are here to help.

All problems can and will be resolved and we are confident that your product will reach you as ordered.

We do not offer a refund as once an order is placed and confirmed the products will be made.

 If we have made an error at our end and you receive an incorrect item we will replace a.s.a.p. We will then deliver the new item to you and take away the wrong one.

 If a product is faulty we will either send out an engineer or return the product to our factory, if it is faulty it will be repaired or replaced.

If we deem it to be as you ordered and in full working order the  product will be returned to you and you will incur a cost for our time.

None of the above affect your statutory rights.
